These contractual terms apply between the e-shop mullamutt.ee of Rudolf & Co O\u00dc (hereinafter the SELLER) and the Orderer (hereinafter the BUYER).<\/p>\n
The purchase-and-sale order contracts for the goods ordered by the Buyer are deemed concluded after the Buyer has placed the order and the Seller has confirmed it.<\/p>\n
On entering the front page, you can add the desired number of products (mole traps) to your shopping cart. Once the desired quantity of mole traps has been selected, you can pay for the purchase via the bank links shown at checkout. It is important here to make sure that all your details are correct, otherwise the order will not reach you. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the Buyer in the e-shop; that is, if the Buyer enters an incorrect postal address, the shipment may fail to arrive and the seller bears no responsibility for this.<\/p>\n
After making the purchase, the customer receives an order confirmation invoice at their email address (Law of Obligations Act \u00a7 621 (3)). If the order confirmation invoice has not reached your email address within a couple of hours after placing the order, please notify the Seller by email (info@metsatarvikud.ee<\/a>) or by phone (+372 5648 4868<\/a>).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The goods remain the property of the Seller until 100% of the price of the goods has been paid.<\/p>\n Transport of goods<\/strong> When ordering goods to an Omniva parcel machine, the parcel can be collected within 7 days from receiving the SMS notification. When ordering goods to a post office, Omniva stores the shipment for up to 15 days after issuing the postal notice. If the customer does not collect their parcel in time, it is returned to us. Re-posting costs the customer \u20ac4.15.<\/p>\n The Buyer’s rights upon withdrawal from the purchase-and-sale contract<\/strong> The returned goods and the postage spent on their delivery are refunded as a total sum to the same bank account from which the Buyer paid for the goods. The Seller refunds the money to the Buyer without delay, but no later than within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal reaching the Seller (Law of Obligations Act \u00a7 56 (3)). Upon withdrawal from the contract, the reimbursement of the parcel return costs takes place by agreement of the parties, whereby the return cost related to goods of up to \u20ac10 is borne by the Buyer (Law of Obligations Act \u00a7 194 (4)).<\/p>\n Right to submit a complaint<\/strong> In the event of non-conformity with the contractual terms, the Buyer may exercise their statutory right to submit complaints by notifying the Seller of the product’s non-conformity with the contractual terms within two months of the defect becoming apparent (Law of Obligations Act \u00a7 220 (1)).<\/p>\n The Seller’s rights upon withdrawal from the purchase-and-sale contract<\/strong> The Seller has the right to make changes to the e-shop prices and the purchase-and-sale terms at any time without notifying the Buyers in advance.<\/p>\n The Seller is not liable for any damage that may arise to the Buyer due to any technical problems (failures in using the e-shop), including for the later delivery of the ordered product. This refers to technical problems beyond the seller’s control, such as internet connection interruptions, server failures, etc.<\/p>\n The final provisions of these contractual terms and the purchase-and-sale order contracts take into account the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Goods purchased from the Seller’s e-shop are sent to the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. Orders are processed on business days (Mon\u2013Fri) from 10:00 to 16:00, except on public holidays.<\/p>\n
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-and-sale order contract concluded on the basis of the order. Products purchased from the Seller’s e-shop are subject, in accordance with the law, to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase-and-sale contract. Only an unused product can be returned. If the product has been used, the seller is not obliged to take it back. To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must submit a corresponding application to the Seller by email, and then return the goods ordered from the Seller together with the proof of purchase.<\/p>\n
The Seller does not satisfy complaints if the defect of the goods is caused by incorrect use of the product or by wear of the product.<\/p>\n
\nThe Seller has the right to withdraw from the purchase-and-sale order contract concluded on the basis of the order if the Buyer has not paid the invoice or if the ordered stock of goods has run out. The Seller has the right to change these contractual terms unilaterally without being obliged to notify the Buyers thereof in writing via the e-environment. If the Buyer placed an order before the terms were changed, the contractual terms determined at the moment of the order apply to their purchase-and-sale contract.<\/p>\n
